How can I leave a review?

If you're a current or former Revive patient, the most helpful place to leave a review is our Google Business Profile. We respond to every review, positive or critical, where a response is warranted. Honest reviews, including criticism, help the next patient make a real decision.

Do you respond to negative reviews?

Yes. Where a negative review involves a real concern, we follow up directly with the patient, usually through our front desk first, because most concerns we can resolve once we understand what happened. Where a review is anonymous or describes a situation we can't identify, we respond publicly with an invitation to contact us so we can look into it. We don't dispute patients in public, and we don't pretend criticism doesn't exist.
