Every case shown on this page is a real Revive patient with explicit written consent for publication. Drag the handle on any card to reveal the before photo. Cases are drawn from the full range of work we do: full-arch rehabilitation, zygomatic implants for severe bone deficiency, and complex multi-stage cases other offices refer out.
See full-arch rehabilitation, zygomatic implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and single & multiple tooth for the treatment-side context behind each case category.

Yes. Every case shown is a real Revive patient with explicit written consent for publication. Patient identity is not shown; case context (full-arch, zygomatic, full-mouth reconstruction, etc.) is. We don't use stock smiles or AI-generated dentition.
We obtain a separate, explicit, written photography consent before any clinical photos are taken, and a separate publication consent before any image is used outside the patient's own clinical record. Patients can request that their consent be withdrawn at any time and we remove the relevant images. Consent for clinical record-keeping is standard; consent for public publication is opt-in only.
Yes. At the consultation we walk through additional cases, beyond what's published here, with patient consent, filtered to cases similar to yours in anatomy and surgical plan. This is part of how we set realistic expectations before treatment, and it's the same set of cases Dr. Metwally references during planning.
If you're an existing Revive patient and you'd be willing to have your case considered for the gallery, talk to our front desk or your surgeon directly. We use a written publication consent process and you can decline at any time. Real patient cases, with consent, are what makes this page useful for the next patient researching their options.
Most of our consultations come from patients who have been told they can't have implants. We see those cases every week. Book a private consultation with Dr. Metwally. We'll review your imaging and give you a real plan.
